In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of our wonderful clients, we require 48 hour notice if needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. It is very hard to fill appointments last minute, especially 2+ hour
appointments and we care often left scrambling to possibly find someone who can come in spur of the moment which unfortunately doesn’t often work out so this policy in place to prevent lost hours and
lost wages. Timely communication regarding cancellations also ensures that we may accommodate other clients that are on our stylist waitlist. We understand that life happens and emergencies can occur so when applicable and to the discretion of the individual stylist, we may offer a one time courtesy for your first missed appointment or last minute cancellation before incurring any fees.
~ Cancellations with less than 48 hour notice are subject to $25 cancellation fee for haircuts and $50 cancellation fee for all other appointments to be paid prior to rebooking. If you need to cancel the appointment and it’s more than 48 hours, you
can apply the $50 dollar deposit and transfer it only once to the next
scheduled appointment. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours notice
prior to your appointment, or if the next appointment gets cancelled,
you will lose your deposit.
~ Same day cancellations/no call or no show appointments are subject to 50% of your scheduled services to be paid before a new appointment can be rescheduled.
~ Also after a 3rd occurrence of last minute cancellations or no show appointments, we will require a full non-refundable deposit to reserve any future appointments.
